Professor Juliette Kayyem has spent two decades in state and federal government managing complex policy initiatives and organizing crisis responses. She chairs the Homeland Security and Security and Global Health Projects at Harvard’s Kennedy School, teaching homeland security and crisis management. Previously, she served as President Obama’s Assistant Secretary at the Department of Homeland Security. Kayyem is the author or editor of six books, including the best-selling Security Mom. Her next book, The Devil Never Sleeps, will be published in March 2022.
Jonathan Wackrow | COO, Teneo Risk & former Special Agent, United Stated Secret Service
Jonathan Wackrow is the COO and Global Head of Security for Teneo Risk. He leads risk and crisis management engagements, advising CEOs and Boards on risk intelligence and crisis preparedness. Wackrow is also a Law Enforcement Analyst for CNN, providing on-air analysis of security matters. He previously served as Executive Director of RANE Corp’s Advisory Group and spent his career as a Special Agent in the U.S. Secret Service, including on the Presidential Protection Division. Wackrow is a recognized expert in security policy, frequently presenting at industry conferences. He is Vice-Chair of ASIS International’s Executive Protection Counsel and a Loyola University graduate.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Howard is an expert in special events and small business growth strategy, currently serving as SVP of Knowledge & Innovation with PCMA. He founded and led the Event Leadership Institute and Paint The Town Red, Inc. Howard also served as CEO of North America for Global Events Group, winning over 30 industry awards. He is a Past President of ILEA NY Metro and a frequent speaker, profiled in major media outlets like The New York Times and CNBC.
