With a background at the Austin Convention Center, Lily is skilled in client liaison, logistics, and operations. Pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Communications at Texas Tech University, she blends experience with cutting-edge knowledge. Tammy Moore, CMP, CMM (Moderator) is Senior Director of Product Innovation at PCMA, leading educational products for the global business events industry. With over 20 years of experience, Tammy has held key roles at CEB, KPMG, and the Event Leadership Institute. She’s passionate about professional development, leadership, and talent growth. Tammy frequently speaks on change management and leadership development, and she teaches ELI’s Advanced Event Design & Strategy course.
