What’s Trending in Events launches edition two with early bird rate

Events professionals will be able to immerse themselves in the latest global industry trends event in December.

Hosted at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh, What’s Trending in Events launches its second edition for Scottish and UK events professionals on December 12.

The conference, which last year featured talks and live demonstrations from world-leading events speakers and suppliers, opened officially this week for registrations.

A special early bird rate is available for delegates until September 20, for £119 (inc VAT). The event is a platform for suppliers and buyers, showcasing the latest emerging trends in events on everything from tech platforms, AI chatbots, AV and projection technologies. It also focuses on catering, theming, wellbeing and event sustainability, ensuring events professionals can access eveyrthing they might need to stage the full range of events and festivals – under one roof.

Judith Wilson, EventIt Director, said: “We are delighted to be back with What’s Trending in Events. The event was hugely successful last year and we had great engagement with suppliers and buyers alike, who enjoyed the fast-paced, immersive format, as well as top events speakers including Linda Pereira, Kim Myhre and Rob Davidson.

“We certainly aim to up the ante this year in terms of the quality of the agenda and the suppliers on show; we are also delighted to announce that the event will once again go ahead at Dynamic Earth, which proved to be a great hosting venue in tune with the needs of our delegates and the industry.”

Billed as a ‘unique one-day training experience’, What’s Trending in Events will once again feature three leading industry keynotes and the ‘speed-dating’ format with suppliers will be replicated whereby delegates are split into small groups rotating around 12 trending sessions within four Learning Zones. The four zones will be as follows: Event Technology, Communication, Theming and Wellbeing.
