Events Assistant   – London – Private Equity 

Salary: £30,000  experience dependent

Hard-working & proactive Events Assistant sought by prestigious Private Equity firm. The role will see you supporting the events team on their global portfolio of corporate events – coordinating delegate management (C-Vent), venue/supplier research, organising travel & accommodation, onsite assistance & general event admin and team support. The team look after approx. 40 events a year, all very high end and a mix of investor meetings, breakfast seminars, dinners, summer/Xmas parties, conferences, receptions etc. This is a role that requires adaptability, flexibility and strong organisational skills. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with stakeholders on a variety of different levels & the ability to build strong relationships is key. Some previous events experience in a similar events role is required and they are looking for someone who is ambitious and a real self-starter.
