Events Coordinator

Our West-End based client, a membership club for business leaders, is looking for an Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ administration, project/event management experience and will be able to hit the ground running in this fantastic role.
·         End-to-end management of the logistical arrangements for the events hosted for the membership community, ensuring they are of the highest quality
·         Building relationships with events venues, taking a strategic approach to identifying venues and ensuring the best financial deal
·         Managing invitations, registration and communications
·         Leading logistical arrangements, supplier sourcing and management
·         Managing AV requirements, menus, set ups and running orders
·         Providing onsite support at events
·         Helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office

·         3 years’ experience in administration, logistics, project/event management
·         Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
·         Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work collaboratively within the team
·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
·         Experienced and confident on the Microsoft Office Suite
·         Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
·         HTML experience desired but not essential
·         An interest in current affairs is desirable
